1. Google Drive Organization

2. Cut the Clicks

I’m a big proponent of putting anything and everything inside your LMS for students to access. If you can embed it, do it! Why waste time directing students to outside resources, when all of it can be in one place? In most cases, all you need is an embed code. Danica Botts feels the same way! Watch how she adds mentimeter to her LMS, Canvas.

3. Which Source Best Supports the Claim?

I love this idea of practicing research, looking up sources, and discussing claims! Plus, it helps students understand how rubrics work too!

Before having Ss write about which source best supports the claim, I had them examine a few responses. They had to give the responses a score based on the rubric. 4. TV Inspiration

What a cool project! Instead of writing essays, students took their research and turned them into an explanation for a Netflix show, including an overview and episode details. When I first spotted this on Twitter, I thought it was actual screenshots from Netflix!
